- Application: the lightener is painted freehand in sections, with a natural transition from the root; processing time is adjusted to your hair and target shade.
- Duration: balayage is a long appointment; it depends on length, density and whether you add Plex Diamond, so we confirm the time when you book.
- Aftercare: wait 48 hours before your first wash, use a sulphate-free shampoo and a hydrating mask once or twice a week, apply a heat protectant before blow-drying or straightening, and protect your colour from the sun and chlorine.
